Trail Riders of Victoria’s home, Hillcrest Homestead, is located in Victoria, nestled in the Strath Valley in Strath Creek. It is less than a 30 minute drive from Yea in the east, Broadford in the west and Kinglake to the south.

Situated on 68 acres Hillcrest Homestead offers a cosy and well-equipped environment within the township of Strath Creek. Hillcrest Homestead has bunk room accommodation for 18, two large lounge rooms, a huge dining room, games room, large kitchen, two bathrooms & two toilets.
BYO bedding, towels, tea towels, etc.
Water in all paddocks.
We ask that you keep your dogs outside and do not allow them anywhere in the clubhouse or games room. Thank you.
Hillcrest Homestead
The home of Trail Riders of Victoria Inc., Strath Creek, Victoria.

Minimum Hire $250 per night for groups of up to four people. Every additional adult thereafter will be an additional $50 charge per head per night (children under 16 $25 per head per night).
Check in 2pm on the day of rental.
Checkout – humans by 10am on departure day.
Checkout – horses by 10am on departure day.
For late check out an additional 50% charge of original nightly fee applies. Late check out will be valid until 4pm on the day of vacate.
$10 – agistment per horse per night.
$75 – For use of the obstacle course per person per day.
Should TRV facilities be required during the day of checkout past 10am an extra payment will be required in accordance with the minimum hire rates above.

$500 deposit to confirm booking.
Deposit is not refundable if cancellation is received under 14 days from accommodation commencement date.
All fees ($1,000 bond & rental) must be paid in full fourteen days prior to rental period.
We ask that guests also try to remember to turn off all heaters and lights before leaving. Guests with horses are asked to pick up any of their horse poop in car/float parking areas.

If guests do not clean up after themselves part of the bond will be used as a cleaning fee and used to employ a cleaner. A regular cleaning fee is $200 if guests do not clean up after themselves, but depending on the amount of mess left behind the cleaning fee could be higher.
